Relief for Small Businesses?
On Friday President Obama urged Congress to expand two lending programs for owners of small businesses. Since small businesses employ the majority of the population as well as creators of new jobs in struggling economies, it only makes sense.
Some specifics are increases on the cap on Small Business Administration Express Loans from the current maximum of 350k to 1 million. That should help. There is also talk of eligibility, and what it will take to pass. Check out the article here.
Hopefully this will help small businesses get the funding they need in order to maintain and keep their businesses running. It’s a shame that more businesses aren’t able to secure small businesses loans to help out.
This sounds good. The Government should definitely support small and medium enterprises as they create a lot of jobs.
